Important: Include YOUR Actions

Part of a person's unwanted condition with an antagonistic item is anything the person is/was personally doing with respect to the other to help create the antagonism. So, in doing the various procedures to help discharge your topic, remember to include any actions of your own contributing to the antagonism.

As the topic discharges, more of this type of action may come to view. It won't necessarily all be visible to you when you start.

Rizzo or Mega

Choose one of these options, depending on your level of familiarity with these particular procedures as they are used at PaulsRobot.

Rizzo, comprising three procedures (Reach & Withdraw, 6-Direction process, Rog) is most useful for heavy items, from which you may choose one or more to use. It's OK if you are not familiar with these procedures because you can wing it as you go along provided yopu follow the instructions on each of the pages when you come to them.
Mega, comprising 15 PaulsRobot modules (Core, Rog, HeavyDuty, Morph, BasicR3X, Dipoles, Psycho, Ruds, Int/Ext/Stay by Groups, FDS, Slate, Pono, Prez, Ush, Ush2) covers the widest possible range of approaches, out of which you may choose one or more to use. This option is for expert users only, in that you need to be familiar with any of these modules chosen before starting to use it with Antago items. With Mega, do NOT try to wing it as you go along, even if you are willing to try and follow the instructions as you come to them in session.
